Divorce and embezzlement has lead to our home being listed for sale. In the last 24 months we spent over 40,000 in improvements to the home. They include a new roof, new front door, new garage doors and garage door opener, refinished deck, new ceiling fans to match the decor, new plumbing fixtures, new hardware, new double ovens, new cook top, new tile floor in kitchen and .5 bathroom, new double pane insulated windows, new carpet, beveled mirrored glass in master bath, new sink in wet bar, new counter top at the wet bar, etc, etc, etc. We will never recoup our money, we simply need to move on.
